How to Calculate your numbers
In Numerology each letter is assigned a number. The most popular way of calculating is the Pythagorean way as presented in the chart below. If you add all the numbers in your name, you will come up with the appropriate number.
The most important number is the one derive from the sum of your birth day. It is often referred to as your Life Path number. Life Path number refers to the path you are taking in this life. It is your life journey and lessons you will learn along the way.

An example of Destiny number:
You should also add up your day, month and year of birth:
A person born on July 22, 1965 will be number 5.

In order to find out information about you, your talents, positive and negative qualities you need your Personality number. For Personality number, you need to convert the letters in your full name into numbers and add them all up to a single number with the exception of 11 and 22.
An example of Personality Number:

* Number 11 and 22 have significant meanings that is why we do not usually break them down further.
Tips:
Usually you must use your name as is in your birth certificate. Then you can read the total sum of the numbers as well as your first name alone, in this case 11.
